The City Council of the City of Iiewport Beach
does resolve as follows:
WIT EAS, the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, did, on the day of �ec mn �e,r 1930,
pass Resolution No. (v4-L- ordering the improvement of
J
River Avenue and certain other streets, alleys and easements
"
within the said City under "The Improvement Act of 1911
and amendments to said Act, and
MEREAS, said City Council desires that said work
be done under the direction of the City Engineer of the
City of Newport Beach.
I70':' THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach hereby resolves and directs that the aforesaid
work shall be done under the direction of the City Engineer of
said City of Ve:7port Beach, and the materials used shall comply
with the specifications and be to the satisfaction of the City
Engineer instead of the Superintendent of Streets of said City
of Newport Beach.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting; of the
City Council held on the _ day of 1930, by
the following vote, to -wit.*
