RESOLUTIOTI OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NY.JrORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA,
PIA'IING THAT C1WAIN PUBLIC STREET LYIIIG
5 STERLY CF 9TH STREET.
The City Council of the City of Newport Leach, Calif-
ornia does resolve as follows:
That that certain public street lying between the
northerly prolongation of the easterly line of Block 109,
Section B, Newport Beach, as shorn upon a map recorded in
Book 4, Page 27, iiiecellaneous Claps, records of Orange County,
California, and the northerly prolongation of the center line
of 9th Street, and between the easterly prolongation of the
northerly line of said Block 109 and the mean high tide line
of the Pacific Ocean in Newport Bay, as described in Court Case
Decree No. 24089 of the Su..erior Count of the State of California
in and for Orange County, as recorded July 2, 1928 in Book 22,
Page 327 of Official Records, Orange County, be and the same is here-
by named 9TH STREET.
Passed and adoptedby the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting thereof held
this � day of /� /ar�17 , 1931, by the following vote,
to-grit:
