The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
resolve as follows:
ER AS, the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, did, on the 25dday of /%% 1931, pass Resolution
No. ordering the improvement of Lafayette Avenue and
certain other streets, alleys and easeue nt, within the said City
under the "Improvement Act,of 1911" and amendents of said Acts
and
HEREAS, said Council desires that said work be done
under the direction of the City Engineer of the City of Newport
Beach,.
110'ei, THKIEFORE, the City Council of the City of Hewport
Beach hereby resolves and directs that -the aforesaid work shall be
done under the direction of the City Engineer of said City of
Newport Beach and the material s.used shall comply.with the speci-
fications and to be to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, in-
stead of the Superintendent of Streets of Maid City of Newport Beach;
I hereby certify that the-foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly infooduced, passed end adopted by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach at €B?7. meeting of the
