RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, pursuant to instruot16no the' City.Attorgey
of the City of Newport Beach, has this day prepared a Lease and
presented the same for consideration to the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, in which said Lease the City of Newport
Beach .leases to the Newport Harbor Union High School District,
certain real property in said lease described, the same to be
used for school purposes in connection with the Newport Harbor
Union High School and the students thereof, said property being
leased.upon the express terms, conditions and covenants of said
written lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said lease
be, and the same is hereby approved as written,. by the City
Council of said City of Newport Beach, and the Mayor of said
City•and the City Clerk of said City shall, and they are hereby
authorized and instructed to sign and execute said lease on
behalf of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 4th day
of January, 1932, by the following vote, to -wit:
