RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, there has beer_ presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a certain Quit Claiia Deed dated the
6th day of June, 1932, from the City of Newport Beach, a
municipal corporation, remising, releasing and quitclaiming
to MARY ALICE GIBBONS, and to her heirs and assigns forever,
all that real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot Three (3) in Block Fifty —nine (59), Ocean Front
Tract, as per map of record in Book 4, page 12 of
Miscellaneous Daps, Records of Orange County, California.
And WHEREAS, said Quit Claim Deed has been duly submitted
to the City Attorney of the City of Newport Beach, and said
City Attorney has reported that the same is correct as to form.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Newport
Beach, by and through its City Council, deems that it is for the
best interests of said City that said property be deeded to said
kary Alice Gibbons for the consideration in said Quit Claim Deed
mentioned; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That said Quit Claim Deed be,
and the same is hereby approved as written, by the City Council
of said City of Newport Beach, and the Mayor and City Clerk of
said City shall, and they are hereby authorized to execute the
same on behalf of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day of June,
1932; by the followiig vote, to —wit:
