RESOLUTION NO.

WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City

Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain license agreement
4
dated the me day (,�p;� 1933, by and between the City
5
of Newport Beach, a municipal corporation, as party of the first
6
part, and E. G. Greeley and H. M. Greeley, as the parties of the
7
second part; and

WHEREAS, said license agreement provides for the
9
party of the first part,licensing to the parties of the second
10
part the Newport Beach City Dump grounds, upon the covenants,
ll
terms and conditions as in said License Agreement provided for.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said License
13
Agreement be, and the same is hereby approved as written, by
14
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, and the Mayor anal
15
City Clerk of said City shall, and they are hereby authorized
16
and directed to sign the same on behalf of said city, and the
17
Clerk is directed to have the parties of the second part sign
18
said License Agreement, and said Agreement shall thereupon be
19
filed and become a valid Agreement as between said parties.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
22
was duly and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of
23
Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 8th day of
24
May, 1933, by the following vote, to —wit:

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No, 789 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 8th day of May 1933 by the following
