� - E <br />t <br />2 <br />3 <br />0 4 <br />s <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />n <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />is <br />16 <br />17' <br />18' <br />19, <br />20' <br />21 <br />22 <br />23' <br />241 <br />25 <br />26' <br />271 <br />28I <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />32 <br />NOLAND THOMP50N <br />ATTONNET AT LAW <br />BANTA ANA, CALIF. <br />0 41 <br />; <br />RESOLUTION NO.�% <br />WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach, did on or about <br />the 4th day of Earth, 1929, lease and let unto Lido Isle <br />Community Association, a California corporation, certain parcels <br />of land hereinafter described, each of said parcels of land <br />being leased under a separate Agreement of Lease; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lido Isle Community Association has <br />wholly failed to pay any of the rents in said Agreements of <br />Lease provided for, and has not paid any part or portion thereof, <br />and are now wholly in default under the terms and conditions <br />of said Agreements of Lease; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lido Isle Community Association has <br />offered to release to the City of Newport Beach all of its <br />right, title and interest in and to the property covered by <br />said Agreements of lease, in order that the same may be <br />terminated and decked of no further force or effect for any <br />purpose whatever; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach, by reason <br />of the default of said Lessee under said Agreements of lease, <br />are desirous of terminating said Agreements of lease. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That upon the <br />Lido Isle Community Association, a California corporation, <br />quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach all of its right, <br />title and interest in and to all that certain real property <br />hereinafter described, that said Agreements of Lease, from <br />and after the acceptance of said Quitclaim Deed by the City of <br />Newport Beach, shall be terminated and declared of no further <br />force or effect for any purpose whatever, except that the City <br />of Newport Beach may by proper action, collect all rents which <br />
