RESOLUTION NO.�%
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach, did on or about
the 4th day of Earth, 1929, lease and let unto Lido Isle
Community Association, a California corporation, certain parcels
of land hereinafter described, each of said parcels of land
being leased under a separate Agreement of Lease; and
WHEREAS, the Lido Isle Community Association has
wholly failed to pay any of the rents in said Agreements of
Lease provided for, and has not paid any part or portion thereof,
and are now wholly in default under the terms and conditions
of said Agreements of Lease; and
WHEREAS, the Lido Isle Community Association has
offered to release to the City of Newport Beach all of its
right, title and interest in and to the property covered by
said Agreements of lease, in order that the same may be
terminated and decked of no further force or effect for any
purpose whatever; and
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach, by reason
of the default of said Lessee under said Agreements of lease,
are desirous of terminating said Agreements of lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That upon the
Lido Isle Community Association, a California corporation,
quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach all of its right,
title and interest in and to all that certain real property
hereinafter described, that said Agreements of Lease, from
and after the acceptance of said Quitclaim Deed by the City of
Newport Beach, shall be terminated and declared of no further
force or effect for any purpose whatever, except that the City
of Newport Beach may by proper action, collect all rents which

said Lessee may be in default on the termination of said
Agreements of Lease.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That R. L. Patterson,
the City Engineer of theCity of Newport Beach, enter into the
proper negotiations with the said Lido Isle Community Associatio
for the purpose of terminating said Agreements of Lease aforesaid
The Agreements of lease herein mentioned, all bear
date as of March 4th, 1929, and each .parcel of land hereinafter
described was separately leased by the City of Newport Beach to
the Lido Isle Community Association, and the description of each
lot hereafter is for the purpose of this resolution a descriptio .
of the lease so entered into between said parties. The
property herein referred to is described as follows: All that
certain real property situated in theCounty of Orange, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lots A, B. Cr D.. E, F, G.. Hf I, J,
K, L, M, N, and 0, in Tract No. 907,
in the City of Newport Beach, Orange
County, California.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly passed by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach t a regular meeting thereof
held on the C_ day of , 1933, by the
following vote, to -wit:
