WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach did at a regular

meeting of the City Council of said City grant by written license
6
certain dump ground privileges to E. G. Greeley and H. M. Greeley;
7
and

WHEREAS, said license is dated the let day of April
9
1933, and is on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City
10
of Newport Beach; and
11
WHEREAS, said license agreement provides in part that
12
the City of Newport Beach might at any time cancel and annul said
13
license, at any regular or special meeting of the City Council of
14
said city, held for that purpose, if in the judgment of the City

Council the said E. G. Greeley and H. M. Greeley had in any manner
16
or way failed, neglected or refused to keep and perform or carry
17
out all the conditions of said license, according to its true in-
18
tent, meaning and spirit; and
19
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
20
is informed by the Superintendent of Streets of the City of Newport
21
Beach that-certain difficulties have arisen as between the said
22
23 E.G. Greeley and H. M. Greeley and by reason of such difficulties
24
which have so arisen between said parties, they and each of them
25 have failed to perform their duties as required by said license
26 agreement aforesaid.
27 NCN, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED! That said license
28 agreement be and the same is hereby cancelled, annulled and declart
of no further force or effect for any purpose whatsoever.

30 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Clerk of
31 the City of Newport Beach, spread on the minutes of this meeting
32 the following order:

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution Noe 796 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on,
the 16th day of August 1933 by the following
vote, to wit:
