Beginning again at the boundary of the city of Newport Beach at C ntral Avenue on State Highway Route 60 Coast Boulevard) thence easterly o State High- way Route d'0 h(Coast Boulevard about 0.6 mile to the boundary of the city of Nell ��pport Beach at a point where Irvine Avenue if xtended, would ross State Highway route 60 Coast Boulevard). Beginningg agai on State Highway Route 60 (Coast $oI evard at the boundary of the city of Newport Beach at Avocado Avenue, thence southeasterly on Coast Boulevard about 1.1 miles to the east boundary of the city of Newport Beach at Glen Drive, a total distance of 2.4 miles, more or less, within the corporate limits of Newport Beach; which said street is an existing travelable street in the City of Newport Beach, and approximately on the route of the authorized State highway, and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and the California Highway Commission have requested the City of Newport Beach to approve the routing hereinbefore described and to agree to resume jurisdiction over said city street, or portions thereof, as may not be included in the State highway, when the same is laid out, adopted, and constructed, therefore gay _ A VMREAS , under and by virtue of Chapter 767 of the Statutes of 1933, the Department of Public Works of the State of California is authorized to expend annually from the State Highway fund an amount equal to one quarter of one cent per tax fuel the gallon on motor vehicle after proportionate "Fuel payments therefrom into the tax enforcement fund" and after the proportionate refunds shall have been made within the incorporated cities and freeholder charter cities, and any city and county in the State of California, for the purposes specified in said chapter, and in the manner provided by law, and i WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of said Chapter 767 and in accordance with he provisions of Sections i Political 363r and 363�y of the Code Chapter 326 of the Statutes of 1933), the Department of Public Works, acting by and through the California Highway Commission, has designated State as a highway the following described street in the CITY OF WA TORT BEACH, Orange County Route 60.
