RESOLUTION NO.. 808 WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach is the owner of certain real property more particularly hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, all of said property was acquired through tax sales, and said city of Newport Beach is desirous of placing; said property and all if it on the assessment rolls of said city. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That that certain real property situated in the city of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of_California, and more particularly described as follows: Lot 10 in Block Lot 19 in Block Lot 21 in Block Lot 12 in Block Lot 8 in Block Lot 9 in Block Lot 15 in Block Lot 8 in Block Lot 19 in Block 532, Corona Del 629, Corona Del 629, Corona Del 734, -Corona Del 9, Sect ion 2, 91 Section 2, 61 Section 3, 12, Section 3, 129, Lake Tract Max Tract. Balboa Island. be offeredjor sale at private sale to the highest and best bidder sub ject , however, to the right and privilege of said City of Newport -Beach to reject any and all bids I if said city shall not deem.the consideration offered therefor adequate. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the notice in the form this day presented to the City Council of the city of Newport B by the City Attorney of said City, be published by three conse- cutive publications in Newport News, a newspaper printed, pub11 and circulated in the city.of Newport Beach.
