WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Counoil
of the oity of Newport Beaoh a oertain oonditional sales oontraot
dated the 5th day of August, 1935, by and between Theodore Robing
as the party of the first part, and the City of Newport Beaoh, as
party of the seoond part; and
WHEREAS, said Conditional Sales Contraot provides for
the first party selling to the seoond party one oertain 1935 Ford
V -8 Piok -up, Color Red, Serial No.f4- IRLygs� 1 , 1935 Lioense
u --113, gam-.
No. for the sum of X658.87, upon the terms and
oonditions in said oonditional sales oontraot set forth; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed for the benefit and best
interests of the City of Newport Beaoh that said Contraot be
entered into.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said Conditional
Sales Contraot be, and the same is hereby approved as written, by
the City Counoil of the oity of Newport Beaoh, and the Mayor and
City Clerk of said City shall, and they are hereby authorized and
direoted to sign the same on behalf of said City, and the Clerk
is direoted to have the party of the first part sign said
Conditional Sales Contraot, and the same shall thereupon be filed
and beoome a valid oontraot as between the parties thereto.
I hereby oertify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Counoil of the
City of Newport Beaoh at a regular meeting thereof held on the
day of August, 1935, by the following vote, to Brit:
