CALIF. <br />RESOLUTION NO. _ <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council <br />of the City of Newport Beach, a certain lease wherein the City <br />of Newport Beach is designated as the party of the first part, and <br />Harry C. Fulton, is designated as the party of the second part; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said lease provides that the first party <br />lease to the second party for a period of two years, commencing <br />as of December 1st, 1935, and ending on November 30th, 1937, <br />that certain ninety —three acre tract of land belonging to the <br />City of Newport Beach, and in said lease described, under the <br />terms, consideration and conditions in said lease set forth; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport <br />Beach deems that it is for the best interests of said city that <br />said lease be entered into with said Harry C. Fulton, under the <br />terms, consideration and conditions mentioned in said lease. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and <br />City Clerk of the city of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby <br />directed and authorized to execute said lease on behalf of the <br />City of Newport Beach. <br />I hereby certify that the above and foregoing <br />Resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City <br />Council of the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof <br />held on the72th day of November, 1935, by the following vote: <br />EST: - . <br />q - Z�' <br />city <br />ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: <br />
