A Quitclaim deed dated the 29th day of Septeub er,

1936, from FLORENCE HARRIET REYNOLDS WRIGHT MORREY, formerly

known as FLORENCE HARRIET REYNOLDS WRIGHT, the duly qualified
6
and acting Trustee under and by virtue of the decree of
7
distribution heretofore made and entered by the Superior Court
8
of the State of Califonia, in and for the County of Los Angeles,
9
in that certain proceeding entitled "In the matter of the Estate
10
of Joseph Sheridan Reynolds, deceased ", Probate No. 94046, and
11
NONA HYER, also known as NONA F. HYER, to the City of Newport
12
Beach, a Municipal corporation of the sixth class of Orange
13
County, California, remising, releasing and quitclaiming
14
to theCity of Newport Beach all of their right, title and
15
interest in the following described real property, to -wit:

All that certain real property situated in the City
17
of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and
18
more particularly described as follows, to -wit:

All that portion of Lot "B" as laid out and shown
on a map of Section Four, Balboa Island, recorded in Book

7, page 37 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California, lying between the Northerly prolongation of the
21
Westerly line of Lot 16, Block74, of said Section Four and
the Northerly prolongation of the Easterly line of Lot 17

of said Block 14.

was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,

California.

WHEHEUPON, Councilman made

and carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by said City
