2 A Quitclaim Deed dated the 1st day of February, 1938,
3 from MABEL 0. GARFIELD, to the City of Newport Beach, a
4 Municipal corporation of the sixth class of the State of California,
5 remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach
6 all that certain real property situated in the City of Newport
7 Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

Lot 10, Block 533; Lot 2, Block 534,
9 Corona Del Mar, as shown on a Map re-
corded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of
10 Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California,
11 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
12 California.
13 WHEREUPON, Councilman CLAIRE, made
14 a motion, duly seconded by Councilman GORDON,
15 and carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by said City
16 of Newport Beach, and the City Clerk be instructed to record the
17 same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
18 California.
' 19 That said motion was carried by the following vote,
20 to -wit:
21 AYES, COUNCILMEN:GORDON, CLAIRE, WHITSON,

23 MOWN, WILLIAMSON.
24 NOES, COUNCILMEN: NONE.
25 ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: NONE.
