A quitclaim Deed dated the 31st day of December, 1937,
from Lester Paul Sims and Hazel R. Sims, to the City of Newport
Beach, a Municipal corporation of the sixth class of the State of
California, remising, releasing and quitolaiming to the City of
Zewport Beach, all that certain real property situated in the City
Of He"ort Beach, Orange County, California, described as follows:

Lots 6 and 8, Block 336,
Lots 2 and 3,. Bloo$ 337,
Lots 11 and 18, Block 435.,
Lots 5 and 7, Block 439,
Lot 22, Block 440,•' ,

Lot 13; Block 628
Lot 11, Block 734, ,
all in Corona Del <tar, as shown on a J"kap recorded in B000,
pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous raps, Records of Orange County,
California,
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
iVIREUPON, Councilman CLAIRE. _ — made a
motion, duly seoonded by Councilman GORDON, and
carried, that said Quitolaim Deed be accepted by said City of
Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same forth-
with with the County R.eoorder of Orange County, California.
