RESOLUTION NO.
A Grant Deed, dated the 1st day of March, 1937, from
Ethel I. Taylor, to the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal
Corporation, granting to the said City of Newport Beach, the
following described real property, to -wit:
All that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange; State
of California, more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
The easterly ten (10) feet of Lot Thirty One
(31) in Block Thirteen (13), Section Four (4),
Balboa Island, as per map recorded in Book 7,
page 37 of miscellaneous maps, records of Orange
Oounty, California, for Street purposes.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman
made a motion, duly seconded by Councilman
and carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said City of
Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same forth-
with with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
