3 A Grant Deed, dated the 30th day of October, 1936, from
4 J. Cornelius Knudson and M. Capitols Knudson, his wife, to the
5 City of Newport Beach, a Municipal Corporation, granting to the
6 said City of Newport Beach, the following described real proper -
7 ty, to -wit:
8 All that certain real property situated in the
9 City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, more particularly de-
10 scribed as follows, to -wit:
11 The Easterly ten (10) feet of Lot Thirty -three
(33) in Block 13 of Section Four(4)9 Balboa
12 Island, as shown on a map recorded in Book
7,'-page 37, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
13 Orange County, California,
14 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
15 California. ``
16 WHEREUPON, Councilman c\p;re made
17 a motion, duly seconded by Councilman6ZovaoI3
18 and carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said City of
19 Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same forth -
20 with with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
21 That said motion was carried by the following vote,
