A Grant Deed, dated the 8th day.of October, 1938, from
Hilda Elsie Smith, to the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal
Corporation, granting to the said City of Newport Beach, the
following described real property, to -wit:
All that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, more particularly de-
scribed as follows, to -wit:
The Easterly ten (10) feet of Lot Twenty -seven
W) in Block Thirteen (13) of Section Four
, Balboa Island, as shown on a map re-
corded in Book 7, page 37, Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California,
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California,
