RESOLUTION No.
A Quitclaim deed dated the 18th day. of December,
1939, from ABBIE F. HENRY, a widow and GEORGE G..HENRY, a widower
to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixt
class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newpor
Beach all that real property situated in the city of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more parti
described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 3, Block 233, Lake Tract, Newport Beach,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page
13 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
California.
WHEREUPON, Counc lm n a. made a motion
duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwi (bh
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
