from JAMES H. WALKER and MATTIE P. WALKER, husband and wife as
joint tenants, to the CITY OF.NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation

of the sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the

City of Newport Beach, all that real property situated in the city

of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more
7
particularly described as follows, to-wit-

Lots 20 and 21, Block 234, Lake Tract, Newport
9
Beach, as shorn on a Map recorded in Book 4,
page 13 of Miscellaneous Maps,' records of Orange

County, Ca ifornia.

was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,

California.

WHEREUPON, Councilman y e-- made a motion,

duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that

I said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by e City of Newport Beach and

that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
17
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.

That said motion was carried by the following vote,
