2 A Quitclaim Deed dated the 18th day of December, 193
3 from W. S. SPARR and FLORENCE E. SPARR, husband and wife, to the
4 CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth class
5 remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach
6 all that certain real property situated in the city of Newport
7 Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more particular
8 described as follows, to -wit:
9 Lots 2, 4 and the Southwesterly 25 feet of
Lot 6, Block 235, Corona Del Mar, as shown
10 on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and
42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
11 County, California.
12 Lot 8 and the Northeasterly 10 feet of Lot
6, Block 135, Resubdivision of Corona del Mar,
13 as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 67
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
14 County, California.
15 Lot 9 and the Southwesterly 10 feet of Lot
11, Block 233, Corona del Mar, as shown on
16 a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
17 California.
18 was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach,
19 California.
20 Whereupon, Councilman made a motion,
21 duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that said
22 quitclaim,, Deed be accepted by the ity of Newport Beach, and
23 that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
24 with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
25 That said motion was carried by the following vote,
26 to -wit:
