from AMIE W. EDDIE and HAMISH B. EDDIE, husband and wife, to the

remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach
all that certain real property situated in the City of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more particular
described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 5, Block 33, First Addition to Newport Heights
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 94 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman ";,r P _ made a motion,
Iduly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by he City of Newport Beach, and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That aid motion was carried by the following vote,
