RESOLUTION NO.
A Quitclaim Deed dated the 3rd day of January, 1940
from SAMUEL W. BLACK and PAULA M. BLACK, husband and wife, to th
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth clas
remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beac
all that certain real property situated in the City of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State.of California, and more particula
described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 19, Block 332; Lots 11, 13 and 15, Block 334;
all in Corona del Mar, . as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps,
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, CouncilmaZ'\ta made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman �� ®�Mr, and carried, that
said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach,
and that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forth-
with with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
