2 A Quitclaim Deed dated the 26th day cf November, 1939
3 from ANNIE A. McKAIN to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal
4 corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaim -
5 ing to the City of Newport Beach all that certain real property
6 situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
7 California, and more particularly described as follows, to -wtt:
8 Lot 11, Block 3, Balboa Tract, as shown on
9 a Map recorded in Book 4, page 11 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
10 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
11. California.
12 WHEREUPON, Councilman ; e, made a motion,
13 duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
14 said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach, and
15 that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
16 with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
17 That said motion was carried by the following vote,
18 to -wit:
