2 A Quitclaim deed dated the 5th day of February, 1940
3 from LESTER P. SIMS and HAZEL R. SIMS, husband and wffe to the
4 CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal Corporation of the sixth class,
5 remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach
6 all that real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
7 County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
8 described as follows, to -wit:
9 All of Block 330 (Excepting road) including
portion of Carnation Avenue adjacent, Corona del
10 Mar, as shown on Map recorded in Book 3, pages
41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
11 Orange County, California.
12 Lots 2, 4, f, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20,
including portion of Carnation Avenue adjacent,
13 in Block 331; and Lots 15, 17 and 19, Block 331;
Corona del Mar, as shown on Map recorded in Book
14 3 pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.
15 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
16 California.
17 WHEREUPON, Councilman L A,je- made a motion,
18 duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
19 said quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
20 that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
21 with the County Recorder of Orange County, California,
22 That said motion was carried by the following vote, to-

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true extract

from the minutes of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
