RESOLUTION NO.1 I�
A Quitclaim deed dated 6th day of February, 1940,
from BELLE RUTH BARNETT- ECKLER and GEORGE N. ECKLER, husband and
wife, to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of
the sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the
City of Newport Beach all that real. property situated in the City
of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of Malifornia and more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 4, Block N, Seashore Colony Tract, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 7, page 25 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman � a� made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
said quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
to -wit:
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true extract
from the minutes of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the 19th day of
February, 1940.
