D. FISK and MINNIE E. FISK, husband and wife, as joint tenants with the right of survivorship, quitclaiming, releasing and remising to the said W. D. Fisk and Minnie E. Fisk, all that certain real property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point, which point is at the instereection of the South - westerly line of Pacific Drive and the South - westerly prolonga- tion of the North - westerly line of Beg©nia Avenue, formerly Twenty- ninth Avenue, as said Begonia Avenue is laid out and shown on a Map of "Corona del Mar", recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscel- laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; running thence North 40' East 20 feet; thence South 630 321 East 103.50 feet to a point; thence South 264 281 West 41.92 feet to the point of begin- ning of a curve tangent concave to the North, having a radius of 75 feet; thence South - westerly along said curve 153.57 feet to the end of said curve, being a point on the North - easterly line of the County Road as described in the deed recorded May 3rd, 1916 in Book 282, page 172 of Deeds; thence North - westerly along the North - easterly line of said County Road to the point of intersection with the South- westerly prolongation of the North - westerly line of Begonia Avenue; Thence North 40° East along the projected North - westerly line of Begonia Avenue, 90 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. Excepting therefrom the portion included in Pacific Drive, formerly Electric Way, as shown on said Map. �1was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems that the consideration offered for said (quitclaim Deed is fair, just and adequate and not disproportionate to the actual lIvalue of the interest which the City of Newport Brach has in and to said 1Iproperty; and WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Newport Beach deems that it is for the best interests of said City of Newport Beach that said Quitclaim Deed 1be executed in favor of W. D. Fisk and Minnie E. Fisk, husband and wife, V the Mayor and City Clerk of said City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and City Clerk of the +(City of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby directed and authorised to execute I said Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the City of Newport Beach, and the City Clerk 2 is instructed to deliver the same to W. D. Fisk and Minnie E.
