A Tax deed under Section 3897d of the Political Code
of the State of California, dated the 13th day of January, 1941,
from DON S. MOZLEY as Tax Collector.of the County of Orange,
State of California, as party of the first part, to the City of
Newport Beach, a municipal corporation of the sixth class, of the
State of California, as party of the second part, wherein said
Don S. Mozley, as Tax Collector of the County of Orange, State of
