RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, a Grant Deed from FRED A. WYMAN and KATE E. WYMAN,
husband and wife, as joint tenants, to the City of Newport Beach,
a Municipal corporation, dated the 12th day of November, 1940,
granting to the City of Newport Beach all that certain real proper
ty situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State
of California, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
The right of way for alley purposes and public utility
purpo.ses, over, upon, under and across all of the south one -half
of that certain alley, 20 feet in width, adjoining Lots 12 and 13
in Block 109 of Section B. Newport Beach, as shown on a map record
ad in Book 4, page 27 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Newport Beach
deems that the consideration for said deed is fair, just and
adequate.
WHEREUPON, Councilman fto-,;V411 made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
said Grant Deed be accepted by said City, and the City Clerk in-
strutted to record the same forthwith with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the ollowing vote, to -wig`
