A Quitclaim deed dated the 21st day of January, 1941
from GLEN HELMS and EDITH HELMS, husband and wife, to the CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth class, remisi
releasing and quitclaiming to.the City of Newport Beach all that
real property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of
Orange, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
Lots 17 and 19, Block 5309 Lancaster Addition,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 5, page 14
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman made a moti
duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County,' California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
to -wit:
