A Quitclaim deed dated the 16th day of January, 1941
from J. J. SCHNITKER to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a Municipal
corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaimi
to the City of Newport Beach, all that real property situated in
the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
and more particularly. described as follows, to -wit:
Lots 24 and 25, Block 530, Lancaster Addition,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 5, page 14
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange Cou�ty,
California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman
�� AeCtQ. made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman_ 0/U� and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
