1 A Quitclaim deed dated the 21st day of January, 1941
2 2 from ARTHUR L. HEARD and MAE 0. HEARD, husband and wife, to the
3 CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth class,
4 remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach
5 all that real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
6 County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
7 described as follows, to -wit:

Lot 20, Block 530, Lancaster Addition, as shown
9 on a Map recorded in Book 5, page 14 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.

was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,

California.

WHEREUPON, Councilman O m;acv made a motion,

duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that

said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and

,that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith

with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
