A Quitclaim deed dated the 16th day of January, 1941,
from PAUL E. KRESSLY and CHARLOTTE MAE KRESSLY, husband and wife,
to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth
class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport
Beach, all that real property situated in the City of Newport Bead
County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
Lots 2S and 29,' Block 530,' Lancaster Addition,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 5, page 14
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman Q�h p�. made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman Awool and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County; California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote, to -wi
