1 RESOLUTION NO I

WHEREAS, HELEN SIBLEY TACCHELLA, a married woman, has

4 this dap offered to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, the sum of $600.00
5 for the Northeasterly 10 feet of Lot 6 and all of Lot 8, Block
6 135, Re- Subdivision of Corona del Mar, in the City of Newport
7 Beach, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 67 of Miscellan-
8 eous Maps, records of Orange County, California; and
9 WHEREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price
10 as and for the purchase price of said lot; and
11 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
12 deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
13 Property be sold for the said sum of $600.00, and
14 WHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate
15 and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property
16 above described.
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
18, sold to the said Helen Sibley Tacchella, a
19 separate property, for the sum of $600.00,
20 encumbrances, subject to the second half o
21 fiscal year 1940 -41 and unpaid improvement

22 JAlso subject to conditions, restrictions and reservations of record
2311The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
2411 execute and deliver a deed for said property to the said parties
2511upon receipt of the consideration above set forth.
261 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the sum of $60 -00 be paid
27 to Gertrude A. Waldron, as and for her commission for the
281,1negotiating of the sale of said real property to Helen Sibley TacchF�Pl n
29 a married woman, as her separate property, said sum being a fair
30 land reasonable commission to be allowed in said sale, and said
3111broker being a licensed realtor of the City of Newport Beach.
