RESOLUTION NO.
A QUITCLAIM DEED DATED THE lath day of February, 1941
from LUCY N. JAIMES to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal
corporation of the sixth class, remising releasing and quitclaimin
to the City of Newport Beach all that real property situated in
the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 20, Block 133, Lake Tract, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 13 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,'

12 WHEREUPON, Councilman ` MM 14 el made a motion,
13 duly seconded by Councilman awsm and carried, tha
14 said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
15 that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
16 with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
17 That said motion was carried by the following vote,
