RESOLUTION NO
A Quitclaim deed dated the 18th day of February, 1941
from MARSON A. BROWN and BERTHA M. BROWN, husband and wife, to
the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth
class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport)
Beach all that real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
Lots 11 and 13, Block 432; Lot 7, Block 536;
all in Corona del Mar, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscell-
aneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman bats e_ made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
said quitclaim deed be accepted by the ity of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
