A QUITCLAIM DEED DATED THE 10th day of March, 1941
from E. FRANKE to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporati
of the sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the
City of Newport Beach all that real property situated in the City
of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more
icularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 4, Block 57, Ocean Front Tract, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 12 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California
presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman �a►ope made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach qnd
that the City Clerk be instructed to record t4:e same forthwith
th the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
