A QUITCLAIM DEED DATED THE 14th day of March, 1941
from GUSTAF W. JOHNSON, a single man, so the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
a municipal corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing
and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach all that real proper
situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 5, Block 541, Corona del Mar, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book j, pages 41 and 42 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman 213 and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, Californb.

That said motion was carried by the following vote,
