A QUITCLAIM DEED DATED THE 19th day of February, 1941
from L. F. SHEATS, A. K. SHEATS, JESSIE S. LEIHY and LURA WILKES,
each an Undivided 1/4 interest, to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a
municipal corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing and
quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach all that real property
situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lots 6 and 7, Block 37, Newport Beach, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 3, Page 26 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California
wgp presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman s and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
