RESOLUTION
A Quitclaim deed dated the 3rd day of April, 1941 from
BEDA M. JOHNSON to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal
corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing and quit-
claiming to the City of Newport Beach all that real property
situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lots 15 and 16, Block 43, River Section,
Newport Beach, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 4, page 25 of Miscellaneous Maps,,
records of Orange County," California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California. (�
WHEREUPON, Councilman C � a;d,v made a motio
duly seconded by Councilman lJ���p.�_ and carried,
that said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach
and that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwit .
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried, by the following vote,'
