RESOLUTION NO.
A Quitclaim deed dated the 27th day of March, 1941
from WILLIAM D. TILLER and ORA K. TILLER, husband and wife, to
the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth
class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newpor
Beach all that real property situated in the City of Newport Beac
County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 4, Block "T ", Tract No. 323, Corona del Mar,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 14, pages 40
and 41 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman ��&'v% made a moti
duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,t

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true extract
from the minutes of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the h day of
