WHEREAS, FLORENCE ANDERSON, a widow, has this day

Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver
offered to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, the sum of $150.00 for
4
a deed for said property to the said party upon r4ceipt of the
Lot 22, Block 439, Corona del Mar, in the City of Newport Beach
5

as shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of
7
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; and
8
WHEREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price
9
as and for the purchase price of said lot; and
10
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
11
deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
12
property be sold for the said sum of $150.00; and
13
WHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate
14
and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property
15 11 above described.
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property be
17 sold to the said Florence Anderson, a widow, as her separate
18 property, for the sum of $150.00, free and clear of all encumbra
19 ces, subject to the taxes for the fiscal year 19+1 -42 and unpaid

improvement assessments of record. Also subject to conditions,
21
restrictions and reservations of record. The Mayor and the City
22
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver
23
a deed for said property to the said party upon r4ceipt of the
24
consideration above set forth.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the sum of $37.50 be
26
paid to G. W. Ritchie, as and for his commission for the
27
negotiating of the sale of said real property to Florence Anders
28
a widow, as her separate property, said sum being a fair and

reasonable commission to be allowed in said sale, and said
30
broker Boeing a licensed realtor of the City of Newport Beach.
