10 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
11 deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
12 property be sold for the said sum of $250.00; and
13 WHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate
14
and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property
15
above described.

NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property be
17
sold to the said Roy L. Hill and Anna R. Hill, husband and wife,
18
for the sum of d$250.00, free and clear of all encumbrances, subject
19
to the taxes for the fiscal year 1941 -42. Also subject to
20
conditions, restrictions and reservations of record. The Mayor
21
and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and dir4cted to execute
22
and deliver a deed for said property to the said parties upon
23
receipt of the consideration above set forth.

BE IT KJRTHER RESOLVED: That the sum of $25.00 be paid
25
to Ralph P. Mackey, as and for his commission for the negotiating
26
of the sale of said real property to Roy L. Hill and Anna R. Hill,
27
his wife, as joint tenants, said sum being a fair and reasonable
28
commission to be allowed in said sale, and said broker being a

licensed realtor of the City of Newport Beach.

of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California

and
