RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, WILLIAM T. CASH, a single man, ha.s this day
offered to the rT.TY OF NFWPORT BEACH, the sum of X200.00 for Lot
3, Block 543, Corona del Mar, in the City of Newport, Beach, as
shown on a Map recorded in Rook 3, pages 41. snd 42 of Niscnl. lane
Maps, records of Orange County, California; and
A'HFRF..A.S, the said price is a fair and ad?quate prior
as and for the purchase orice of said lot; and
T;'HF.RFAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
property be sold for the said sum of 1" 200.00; and
14THERFAS, the price offered is .just, fair and ndeouate
and is not disoroportionate to the real value of the DroDerty
above described.
NOW, THEREFORE_, BE IT R.ESOLVEn: That said Prooerty be
sold to the said Will.i.am T. Cash, a single man, as his separate
Droperty, for the sum of 9200.00, free and clear of all encumbran
subject to the second half of the taxes for the fiscal year 1943.-
42 and unpaid improvement aasnssments of record. Also subject to
conditions, restrictions and reservations of record. The Mayor
and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
and deliver a deed for said property to the said party upon
receipt of the consideration above set forth.
BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the ^um of 6FO.00 be paid
to Gerald 14. Ritchie, as and for his commission for the ne,;otiati
of the sale of said real oropertp *c `lilli.am T. Ca ^h, r �insl-
man, as his separate orooerty, said sum being e fair and_
reasonable commission to be allowed in said sale, and said
broker being a licensed realtor of the Cl.ty of Newoort Beach.
