RESOLUTION NO
A quitclaim deed dated the 5th day of January, 1942 from
HAROLD L. MOODY, a single man to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a
municipal corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing and
quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach all that real property
situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 20, Block 637, Corona del Mar, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42
of MiscellaneousMaps, records of Orange County,
California
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman F �G� a` made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the by the City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record tYm same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
