RESOLUTION NO
A Quitclaim deed dated the 30th day of December, 1941
from EDMOND H. DeMAR and ELIZABETH F. DeMAR, to the CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth class, remis-
ing, quitclaiming and releasing to the City of Newport Beach all
that real property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County
of Orange, State of California and more particularly described
as follows, to -wit:
Lot 7, Block 538, Corona del Mar, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and
42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman _ and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by theNewport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
to -wit:

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true extract
from the minutes of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th day of January 1942.
