RESOLUTION NO.
1 A Quitclaim deed dated the 31st day of December, 1941
2 from MICHAEL E. ORLIJAN to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal
3 corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing and quit -
4 claiming to the City of Newport Beach all that real property
5 situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
6 California, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
7 Lot 14, Block 439, Corona del Mar, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42
8 of MiscellaneousMaps, records of Orange County,
California
9 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
10 California.
11 'AU EREUPON, Councilman made a motion,
12 duly seconded by Councilman 11 and carried, that
13 said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the pity of Newport Beach and
14 that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
15 with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
16 That said motion was carried by the following vote,
17 to -wit:
