1 A Quitclaim deed dated the 31st day of December, 1941
2 from WALLACE G. BUMPUS and JULISSA J. BUMPUS, husband and wife,
3 to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the
4 sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of
5 Newport Beach all that real property situated in the City of
6 Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more
7 particularly described as follows, to -wit:
8 Lot 4, Block 542, Corona del Mar, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and
9 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
10 County, California.
11 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.

14 motion, duly seconded by Councilman ,., and
15 carried, that said Quitclaim deed be accept d by the City of
16 Newport Beach and the City Clerk be instructed to record the
17 same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
