A Quitclaim deed dated the 24th day of December, 1941
from W. H. KINDIG and MARGARET M. KINDIG, husband and wife, to
the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth
class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport
Beach all that real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
Sally 60 feet (including portion of street aa3oining)
Lots 2 and j, Block N; Lots 9 and 10, Block 8; all
in Seashore Colony Tract, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 7, page 25 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman �; •�, made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman �� and carried, that
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
